The Huskee cup is made from the husk of the coffee bean instead of this waste being sent to landfill the husk is used to create these cups (for more details on this please read the additional information). A modern look and feel it is comfortable to hold, cool to touch, durable and dishwasher friendly. You can stack Huskee cups if you wish.

Worldwide, approximately 600 billion disposable coffee cups are produced each year, of which 99.75% are not recycled and wind up in a landfill or the oceans. Huskeecup solves that problem while saving millions of tons of coffee husk waste produced from coffee farms globally.

The production of coffee husks and mucilage contributes to 5 million tons of waste each year. Most of this waste is dumped near the factories degrading the environment and producing methane emissions.

How Huskeecups are produced:

  • The Huskee team collects coffee husks discarded in the roasting process,

  • Then they pulverize them,

  • Bind them together with a biopolymer,

  • And finally, mold them into cups, lids, saucers, and mugs.
